Problem
Nonprofits need to manage their contacts, run marketing campaigns, and then document the results.
Solution
A customer relationship management platform.
People
I was the sole designer on this project, working directly with the founder.
Impact
A platform optimized for modern visuals and accessibility.
Design System
Based on previous emails and requests from customers, it was pretty clear that users primarily wanted to browse existing products and/or request specific products to be offered. I built flows and then the following framework for the website that prioritized these user wants, followed by additional information about the music brand.
Visual Design
In my discussions with the stakeholders we agreed on a vision of making a website that was like a museum. A museum can have a bold presence when you first approach it, but the further in you go, the more the focus turns to the artwork. When users first go to Sound Bath’s website, there is bold imagery using the brand’s logo, but then that imagery becomes less pronounced on the different pages of the website where the music is being showcased.
Build out and delivery
In addition to designing the website, I built it out on Squarespace so that the stakeholders could manage and adjust the website on their own.
The website is live and viewable at https://www.soundbathvibrations.com. Content is managed by the stakeholders and may change over time compared to the designs shared above.
